We make most of our items by hand, and when the customer orders, we make the jewelry that you reordered and only for you, we believe in a unique personal creation just as each person is special, therefore he deserves the full attention.

Shipping Policy

- Please note that all the items in the shop are made to order and can take 2-3 weeks before being shipped.
Once your order has shipped, WE will send you a confirmation note .
- Shipping includes a tracking ID.
Once the order is ready deliveries to Israel should arrive in up to 31 days in most of the cases will arrive before-
Once the order is ready shipments to the international customers should arrive up to 60 days unless they are delayed by Customs in most cases will- arrive before..
- mono nature is not responsible for lost mail.
- Any taxes, duties, fees, etc upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return & Exchange Policy

- our items are handmade for the individual customer.
We do not issue refunds unless an item is defective. - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at NOAZINO1234@GMAIL.COM

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Defectives items will send back to us after the Customer contact with us and we confirm its defective product and the costume will send it back to us with a delivery with a shipping number as we can follow the shipping  -in this case the shipping back is on us and you will can get your money back until 21 days (in most of the case before) if everything is works proper as well with your credit card company.

EXCHANGES

I'VE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM
We are committed to producing the highest quality items. However, if during production an item got damaged (we are all human after all, and our production is handmade) please contact customer service before returning a defective product- noazino1234@gmail.com or here in the chat massage.
The customer service will take care of you and help you to handle with the return process.
 
I WANT TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT I ORDERED FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT HOW IT IS WORKING?
 
Customers can receive the right of exchange 14 days unless the item was in sale so it is 5 days after the product reaches them - provided that the product is in good condition, undamaged and returned in its original packaging and insured shipping together with a tracking number for the package and the number must sent to us as we can follow the package . Product returned in inappropriate conditions.
When the product returns to us, we can check the integrity and whether the customer met the delivery conditions, and when everything seems to be in order, we can send him the product he asked to exchange
 
I BOUGHT MY ITEM NOT AT MONONATURE.COM, AND I NEED ASSIST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
 
MONO NATURE takes full responsibility for all their items. Nevertheless, if the purchase wasn't made on the official website of MONO NATURE it cannot be returned and / or replaced here.
Goods purchased from one of our authorized distributors may only be returned to the same distributor, Please visit the place you purchased the item for further assistant.
If you feel you would like to share more about your purchase even if it wasn’t made here, feel free! Were always glad to get customer feedback.

RETURNS

- Most of our items are handmade for the individual customer.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or it's not custom made- in this case we will pay the shipment back on us.

 Items must be returned in the same original condition and packaging, without damage.

Send back to us for returning must be through the same delivery company is sent to the customer with a delivery delay number so we can track the delivery until it arrives.

- Items must be sent via a trackable method.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that maybe be lost or damaged – during return shipping, so please ensure all items being returned are securely packaged with protective wrapping and clearly addressed. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting.
